We have partnered with Nimbus Disability to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support, allowing you to book online with no need to carry documents or explain your circumstances to staff at the venue.
The scheme is designed for all customers who require adjustments to make their visit more comfortable:
By partnering with Nimbus Disability, which is run by and for disabled people, we can better understand and meet your access requirements in a consistent and secure manner. This also helps to protect these provisions from potential misuse.
There is no cost to you, unless you wish to upgrade to a full Access Card.
COMING SOON
We’re working on this and will be launching soon.
To apply for an Access Card, please click the button below where you can describe your access requirements and upload supporting documentation.
The Access Card (sometimes referred to as a Nimbus Card, or the CredAbility Card) translates your disability/impairment into symbols that highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you might need.
This informs providers quickly and discreetly about what support you need and may gain you access to things like concessionary ticket prices and complex reasonable adjustments without having to go further into your personal details.
It’s all based on your rights under the Equality Act and providers’ responsibilities.
For more information, check out the Access Card website at www.accesscard.online and their knowledge base at knowledge.accesscard.online
Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
When you register, Nimbus Disability will handle all your information securely and safely without us ever having cause to see the detail behind why you need accessible seating options.
Once you’ve registered, Nimbus will then provide you with an ID number which you can then use to link your access needs to our booking system.
If you’re unable to use online forms or access online sales due to the nature of your impairment, you will still need to register. Nimbus can assist you with telephone registration by calling 0330 808 5108.

Accessible tickets are purchased using the same online process as all of our tickets. If your ticket selection requires a valid Access Card or Digital Access Pass, you will be prompted to enter it to complete the booking.
Once you have a Digital Access Pass, you can book other events at the same venue without needing to re-apply. If you upgrade to an Access Card, you can use it with thousands of other venues.
You can upgrade your registration to a full Access Card at the beginning or at the end of the application for just £15 for three years.
If you already have a valid Access Card, you do not need to apply again, just enter your ID number when booking.
If your Access Card has expired, you can renew it on the Access Card website
If you have a Digital Access Pass issued in the last 3 years for the same venue, enter the ID number (found on your confirmation email).
If you have a Digital Access Pass for another venue, it is only valid for that venue. You will need to apply again.
